Every KURT and SHEILA Agent is very reachable - Every sign, advertisement and listing will include a cellphone number to reach the agent. Our clients and buyers aren't calling to speak to a machine or receptionist. Every call will be answered by an agent whenever possible between 8AM and 10PM. If answering isn't possible, the call will be forwarded to another agent or their will be instructions on the outgoing message on who can be reached immediately. This is a benchmark of our impecable service. Every call is important. It could be a client or a buyer for a client's listing and not being reachable is unacceptable. 2. Every client and customer is treated with the highest regard- Our dealings with buyer's, seller's, clients and customers is completely fair and honest. Our phenomenal success has come from our client's unconditional trust in our dealings. We have discouraged just as many buyers from a home purchase as we have endorsed (many homes on the market are very defective). We know you will use us to buy your next home so why encourage you to buy a home you will regret. What is best for our clients and customers is what is best for our sustained growth as a Company - We will not steer you to our Brokerage's listings or to listings of a higher commission amount if it's not in your best interest. Our Broker does not compensate us differently for showing homes of theirs or any other Brokerage. We are more successful when we find you the home you are looking for as opposed to one we want you to buy. Honestly, the sooner we find your dream home, the sooner we are paid by the Seller and the more satisfied you will be with your purchase. 4. We are not phony and fake - You are hiring us to find or sell your home. We are all about the technology and effort of selling or finding your next home. We take a no holds barred approach to marketing the homes we list and a ruthless approach to negotiating our client's offers on properties they are purchasing. Trust and integrity is everything, especially when dealing with the largest asset most of our client's own.
